Swapcard is now available in Catalan and Vietnamese. You can switch languages in the Event Settings of your event:

ExhibitorCenter 

Your exhibitors and sponsors can now customize their pages! They can choose their own background images to go with the branding of their company. 

They can also add a column ad on their page that redirects to either a product in their profile or an external link. It's the perfect opportunity to highlight products and innovations from sponsors and exhibitors. 🤩

The background image is only visible on the Event Webapp. The column ad is displayed at the bottom of the exhibitor page on mobile.

YOU Have The Power!
From the Studio, you can determine which exhibitors can or cannot add a background image and/or a column ad, depending on how your sponsorship is structured. This allows you to add these features as a paid extra. 💰

You can also add the background and the ad yourself on behalf of your exhibitors directly from the Studio.

You can now see who's currently online at any given time. A green spot indicates when a user is logged in. Target people who are online to increase your networking opportunities 🤝

Each user can enable/disable this option in the profile settings.

All automatics emails will be now translated depending on the user's language 🇪🇸🇮🇹

Automatic emails include: 

• Reminders: A reminder email after 4 hours of inactivity containing all unseen activities during this time (ex: meetings, connection requests, responses to meeting requests).
  
  
• Meeting canceled: Received instantly when the user has made a request and it is canceled.
  
  
• Magic link: An email containing the magic link to help the user login for the first time or when they forget theirpassword.

On the Groups tab of the event settings, you can now set up for each group which type of exhibitors they can talk to (if you have several ones). 👏

Advertising feature is the last block you can see on the Event Home of the Studio.

While clicking on "Add an ad", you will be able to manage the targeted groups and redirection link.

You can add several ads, which will be displayed randomly while refreshing the web app or navigating through the event.

On the mobile app, the ad appears as a popup before the Event Home is displayed.

It is now possible to send a message to an exhibitor! They will receive it directly on the app.

A member of the exhibitor's team will be then be able to respond to messages by clicking on the chat tab of the event app bar. They just have to switch accounts by clicking on their name, as seen below:
