Creating Multiple Channels in the News Feed

A Swapcard community is a powerful way to engage with your audience year-round. The newsfeed is a great way to make your audience interact. With a newsfeed, you can easily share posts and interesting articles that will kickstart conversations. Our newly launched channel feature gives you the option of organizing conversations by topic.

For example, you can create a channel around the topic of “Artificial Intelligence.” By doing so, people can easily find topics that interest them and engage in meaningful conversations.

How does it works?

ℹ️  From the studio, organizers must first create a feed view on Content display in order to create more channels.

Create a Feed

Once the view is created, a new tab called Feed channels will appear on the content tab.

From this tab Event organizers can manually create a new channels by clicking the button “CREATE CHANNEL”

Once the new channel has been created, all the channel will be listed and at just one glance, organizer can see the activity of the different channels thanks to the posts field.

On the Event app a new section the attendees will see a new section where they will be able to switch between channels and interact based on their interest.
