Empty meeting slots are now displayed in the event app
All participants can now manage their availability from the “My meetings” page.
To display the empty slots, enable the toggle next to “Display empty slots.” All the empty slots will appear in chronological order as “Available for a meeting.”
Participants can make specific slots unavailable by clicking “Make unavailable” under the slot details. They can also make all the empty slots unavailable for an entire day by clicking “Make unavailable all day” next to the day label.
