Organizers can now fully customize the look of their A4 folded badges by uploading their own badge design as a background.

Once a background template is uploaded, it is used for badge previews and all generated badge PDFs. Attendee information including QR codes, names, companies, and custom badge fields is automatically overlaid on top of the uploaded design. To provide a clean, fully branded badge, the default Swapcard branding and folding instructions are automatically removed when a custom background is uploaded.

Organizers can also choose which quadrant of the A4 folded badge they want to configure: top left, top right, bottom left, or bottom right making it easy to position attendee information where it best fits their badge design.

Note: For the best print quality, use a high-resolution image and ensure your design is correctly oriented for an A4 sheet folded into a badge.
