Organizers can now change a ticket of a registrant directly in Studio and the system will automatically check if the promo code used during the initial purchase still applies to the new ticket.

What happens when you change a ticket

• The promo code is verified for the new ticket type.
• If it’s still valid, the discount is applied and the Balance Due is updated automatically.
• If the promo code doesn’t apply, you’ll see a warning message and the code will be removed.
